Given the nature of our services, we generally do not offer a tangible return. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time may not be eligible for a refund.

• For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund may be issued.
